These terms apply when you create an account or buy a server from OperateServers. Please read them carefully.

Who we are

OperateServers is a product of YGNCodeLab LLC. We rent cloud servers to you, paid in Myanmar kyat. Servers run on DigitalOcean infrastructure in Singapore.

Your account

You must give us accurate details, including a working email address and phone number. You are responsible for everything done through your account and on the servers you run with us. Keep your password and server credentials safe.

Orders and payment

Servers are prepaid for the period you choose. Prices are shown in kyat and may change when exchange rates change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. A server is created only after we confirm your payment. Upload only genuine payment receipts. Fake or altered receipts lead to immediate account closure.

Expiry, suspension and deletion

When a server reaches its expiry date without renewal, it is powered off. If it is still not renewed 7 days after expiry, the server and all of its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We send reminders before expiry, but renewing on time is your responsibility.

Your server and your data

You have full control of your server, and you are responsible for the software you install, its security and its updates. We do not back up your server unless you buy a backup service from us. Keep your own copies of important data.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable use policy. It forms part of these terms.

When we may suspend or close your account

We may suspend a server or disable an account without notice if we believe it breaks these terms or the Acceptable use policy, puts other customers or our infrastructure at risk, or if a payment turns out to be invalid. Where we can, we will tell you why. We do not refund payments for accounts closed because of abuse or fraud.

Availability and liability

We work to keep servers running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages at our infrastructure provider, network problems and maintenance can happen. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected server in the last 3 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make changes, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
