Short answers to what people ask before their first server.

How does payment work?: You create a request and get a payment code. After transfer, upload your payment screenshot and your server will be set up shortly.
When will my server be ready?: Your server is typically ready within a few minutes after your payment is confirmed.
Can I run software install tasks later?: Yes. From your server page, install tools like NVM, Composer, Let's Encrypt, and configure firewall rules.
What happens at expiry?: You can renew before your server expires. We'll notify you in advance so you never lose access unexpectedly.
Which payment methods do you accept?: KBZPay, AYA Pay, Wave and bank transfer, all in kyat. You do not need an international card.
Where are the servers located?: All servers run in a data center in Singapore, which gives low latency to users in Myanmar.
Can I upgrade my server later?: Yes. You can resize to a larger plan from your server page. Resizing needs a short restart, so plan it for a quiet time.
