What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number. Your sign-in details (if you sign in with Google, your Google name, email and profile picture). The payment receipts you upload and the amounts you pay. Details of the servers you create, including their IP addresses and the actions you run on them. Basic technical data such as your IP address when you use our website.

How we use it

To create your account, verify payments, create and manage your servers, send you notices about your account and servers, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services we need to run OperateServers: DigitalOcean, which hosts your servers; our email provider, which delivers account emails; our file storage provider, which stores payment receipts; and Google, if you choose to sign in with Google. If you contact us on Telegram, Telegram processes those messages. We may also share data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. We keep payment records and audit logs for as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons, even after your account is closed. When a server is deleted, its contents are deleted with it.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your server up to date.

Your choices

You can update your phone number in your account settings. You can ask us to send you a copy of your data or to delete your account by emailing [email protected] or contacting support on Telegram. We will keep records we must keep by law.
